Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy

Please note that all orders are made to order in our factory in Kathmandu so please allow up to 20 working days for delivery.

Please contact us to inquire about items available for same-day dispatch. We hold stock in our Arundel store.

Standard Delivery:

All UK in stock orders will be dispatched next working day by the DPD 48hr. tracked service. There is a standard delivery charge of £4.50 for all UK deliveries.

 

EU & International Deliveries:

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver outside UK.

Notes:

Please note that all UK deliveries might be affected during postage strikes

 

Refunds & Returns

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund you.

All items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Item(s) must be returned to us in original packaging, new, unused and with all tags and labels attached.

Once we received your return we will inspect the item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per our request we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.

Please note that all socks and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns and we cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit so please make sure you insured your return.
